In fact, we encourage you to dance in the hallways, drink on school property, laugh out loud in classrooms and more. We have indoor event spaces that accommodate up to 120 guests year-round, making any season the perfect time for your nuptials! Our dedicated staff works to make your special day come to life, creating a memorable wedding day for all. Why plan your event with McMenamins? No additional room rental fee once the food and beverage minimum is reached. The food and beverage minimum includes wait staff and bartenders, indoor tables and chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens. Unique venue locations, for big and small events. Your sales coordinator will assist in planning all venue details leading up to your event. Full onsite catering with accommodations for dietary restrictions. McMenamins handcrafted ales, wines and spirits which are only available at our locations.

I LOVE McMenamins! The grounds are always so beautiful and the buildings are so cool!They always decorate them so cool and the atmosphere is so laid back and relaxing...there is always something about them modern but from a different era!The food is fabulous and the service and drinks is always good..have yet to stay in the hotel part but its on the bucket listI LOVE McMenamins! McMenamins, Old St. Francis, is fantastic. The theater is cozy and relaxing with their love seats and coffee tables. The pizza was delicious. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. Always a great experience here, there's so much to enjoy even just right on the property, but it's in a great and walkable location in downtown Bend too. Beautiful rooms, a funky and cool space with hidden gems throughout, and the food and drinks are stellar. Went to a wedding rehearsal dinner here. Really nice place and the food was outstanding. The soaking pool looked inviting! The bride said it was really cool. The fire pits outside were nice.
