I attended a business gala in a banquet hall. The service staff was friendly, prompt and professional. The venue on the river front was nice. Parking was abundant and free. I did not see the hotel accommodations side of the venue except from afar. I am sure many of the guest rooms had great views of the river.I attended a business gala in a banquet hall. Hands down best ihg hotel I've ever stayed at and I stay at over 100+ hotels a year! Highly recommend staying here. I didn't want to leave. The room was incredible, very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable! Best sleep I've gotten in months. You can hear the planes from the first floor but it didn't bother me. Never woke me up. The staff all around was A+. From the front desk to the restraunt staff. Overall it was the most exceptional staff of any hotel I've ever visited. Hands down best ihg hotel I've ever stayed at and I stay at over 100+ hotels a year! Highly recommend staying here. I didn't want to leave. The room was incredible, very clean. Great place to stay!! I only stayed here 1 night and it was perfect. Every staff member was absolutely lovely, and the room was great!! I especially loved the little kitchenette situation with an extra sink, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and mini fridge! And the bathroom was great, loved the big shower! Also loved that there was a ton of outlets, including usb-a ones! Great place to stay!! I only stayed here 1 night and it was perfect.
