Nicest and most understanding people everNicest and most understanding people ever
The staff are some of the nicest and most understanding people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. When I arrived at the Golden Sails after flying for 15 hours, I booked a room on the spot. They were so compassionate and worked to find space for me. They offered me water and snacks while I waited and even upgraded my room so that I would be more comfortable. I felt very well taken care of and the room itself was very spacious and clean. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend others...The staff are some of the nicest and most understanding people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
