- SSubmiss Ann13/02/2024Given an excellent room and excellent food Given an excellent room and excellent foodI returned to the Omni San Diego as I was performing in a Holiday Show. I was greeted, given an excellent room higher floor, and my food amenities were perfect. The room was in excellent condition. Everything worked. We didn't understand the couch bed and they sent someone right away to attend us. We opted for breakfast downstairs. It was delicious. I had the oatmeal, my friends had other delectable delights. The presentation, aroma, and flavors were superb. I returned to the Omni San Diego as I was performing in a Holiday Show. I was greeted, given an excellent room higher floor, and my food amenities were perfect. The room was in excellent condition. Everything worked. Without fail, every staff member was gracious and accommodating to requests to make our stay more comfortable. For example, Noah went out of his way to get us a mini fridge and also offered to bring us a microwave, too, after I mentioned that I wasn't sure about the fate of my leftovers (a result of the huge restaurant portions around here). It was so nice to stay at a hotel where helping guests feel at home.I've never stayed at a hotel that prioritizes hospitality like the Omni! Without fail, every staff member was gracious and accommodating to requests to make our stay more comfortable. The rooms were cared for and the large amount of people were all fed. It's right in a downtown area so you can easily take meetings off-site if necessary. 3 little pharmacies surround the hotel so if you wanted a specific kind of caffeine it was easy to get too. I know you can order in but the short walks outside were very nice.This was a wonderful venue to hold our conference in. I never felt like there were any staffing issues. The rooms were cared for and the large amount of people were all fed. The staff are friendly, welcoming, professional, and efficient. There are two restaurants on the property with great selections and delicious food. My room was very clean and spacious. The whole experience, check-in, stay, dining, and check-out were wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again. This is a beautiful hotel! The greatest day of our lives.I want to send the biggest thank you to Iliana Juarez, San Shultz and all the staff at the Omni that helped make our wedding day more perfect than we thought possible. They took our vision and did what we did not think could be possible. Every aspect of the event from the coordinating with our outside vendors, making sure there was no stress the day of and simply making it the greatest day of our lives. From the gobo, to Chef Michael and staff for an amazing food experience (not just a meal).I want to send the biggest thank you to Iliana Juarez, San Shultz and all the staff at the Omni that helped make our wedding day more perfect than we thought possible. They took our vision and did what we did not think could be possible.
