Loved the relaxed and cosy feel

Loved the relaxed and cosy feel. Interesting and numerous small quiet areas to sit down and relax in beautiful surroundings. Gardens and grounds are amazing.

The staff are very helpful

We went to Shangri-La for new years eve and the place is really so beautiful so relaxing and very tranquil. The staff are very helpful and I had left something important behind and they managed to get it delivered to me so I appreciated that alot! The pool area is small but welcoming. I loved the 2 labs that roamed around.

A perfect wedding venue

A perfect wedding venue. The whole place is loaded with character and charm. Amazing gardens. Excellent food. Comfortable bedrooms. Our family had a really fun time. All the staff were accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.
