Over a 2 year period I have ordered an engagement ring and 2 wedding bands, 2 of which are unique. Design and build standard are incredible with modern use of CAD and computer modelling. Specification and alterations were discussed and implemented with ease. Communication throughout the process was extremely good and the prices were all very competitive. I can not recommend them enough!My experience with the Diamond Boutique team has been nothing but outstanding! I never met anyone (as I was out of the uk) but I was *highly* involved in every single process and this made me feel very connected. I actually changed the style of my ring after it was done because I wanted side stones- diamond boutique was very happy to make these changes in a limited frame of time. The final product was AMAZING! - extremely good quality and exactly the designCustomer service and product quality! The process of acquiring an engagement and wedding band was extremely smooth! It was absolutely stunning and matches the theme and style of our wedding perfectly. He was conscious of our budget and worked around this to create something I loved. Our wedding isn't until next year but I cannot wait to wear it. It compliments my engagement ring wonderfully too.
