The staff are warm, accommodating, and have a great attention to detail. Very understated and elegant hotel. I stayed here for my wedding in the city. The hotel manager gave me a room with a beautiful view of Rittenhouse Square and sent champagne and chocolate covered strawberries with a hand-written note, which made my stay very memorable. They sent housekeeping up early so I could have my getting ready pictures taken in a tidy room and let me check in a little early. The staff are warm, accommodating, and have a great attention to detail. Very understated and elegant hotel. I stayed here for my wedding in the city. We always enjoy a fun weekend at this hotel for our staycation! Start off with a drink at the hotel bar and then go out for dinner. We love the spa here as well. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are beautiful. This is classic urban beauty. One of the best hotels I have stayed. Gorgeous setting, friendly staff, beautiful clean hotel, amazing breakfast. Customer service was impeccable. Valet, bell staff and front desk was truly amazing. I can’t say enough positive remarks about this hotel. When I return to Philadelphia it is the only hotel I will stay. One of the best hotels I have stayed.
