Stayed in the King Delux room. Very spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. So glad the Ruth Chris restaurant was in the hotel. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent!!! Kimberly our server was such a pleasure. Customer satisfaction at its best. I love convince and everything My husband and I needed was at the Sonestra Hotel. Parking included. We know where will be staying on our next trip to Philadelphia. Beautiful hotel. Staff was great! Easy check in and out. Stayed in the King Delux room. The experience was exceptional in every way! First and foremost, the staff was incredible and made my stay memorable. The Director of Guest Experiences, Suzette Parungao, made sure that I didn't need anything - she and her staff even got me some toothpaste and snacks when they realized that I was arriving later due to travel delays! I had a fantastic stay at the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square in September 2023! The experience was exceptional in every way! First and foremost, the staff was incredible and made my stay memorable. The Director of Guest Experiences, Suzette Parungao, made sure that I didn't need anything - she and her staff even got me some toothpaste and snacks when they realized that I was arriving later due to travel delays!

It was very conveniently located to everything I was planning to do. I was able to walk everywhere. This hotel was very safe and very upscale. The rooms were wonderful. City Hall is only 10mins away from this hotel. The reception & valet teams are freaking awesome.
