We had an oceanfront room, being from California made seeing the sunrise over the ocean instead of the sunset was way cool. Service here is outstanding! Marcus was such a perfect person to have at the front desk, he was cheerful and professional in everything he did. Really made us feel special. The valet crew were energetic and fast to get our car, again, very professional .We had an oceanfront room, being from California made seeing the sunrise over the ocean instead of the sunset was way cool. Exceeded our expectations for a family wedding ! Exceeded our expectations for a family wedding !
The staff exceeded our expectations as we traveled from N.C. to attend a family wedding! There are so many employees that went above and beyond to make us have a memorable experience ! Those that especially stood out were : ASLI from the restaurant. She greeted me every morning and lunchtime with a friendly smile and eagerness to wait on our family and her service was top-notch A+++. July (Julia Dominguez ) from the wedding breakfast was Awesome and deserves an A+++. The staff exceeded our expectations as we traveled from N.C. to attend a family wedding! Our Grandson set everything up for us this past weekend and we enjoyed/loved EVERYTHING about it. Our room was PERFECT with a beautiful ocean view!!! All the employees were so kind and helpful in every way!! We Highly encourage you to stay here !! We plan to come back soon!! Amazing staff, amazing breakfast, no complaints ! Amazing staff, amazing breakfast, no complaints !
I have never stayed somewhere where all of the staff was amazing before. There were truly no complaints here. Every day, I walked the beach at Sunset and even saw a launch one night from the shore. Breakfast every day was amazing, and the drinks at night were tasty. I even enjoyed the heated pool. The only downside was an odor to the restrooms in the rooms. I thought it was just my room, but the entire group had the same complaint. I have never stayed somewhere where all of the staff was amazing before. There were truly no complaints here. Loved our room ocean view. Was able to open sliding door and let fresh air in. Was able to view rocket launch as well that evening was perfect night. Staff and location was nice. Hott tub was up & running which was great on a cool evening. Definitely will recommend & stay again. Loved our room ocean view. Was able to open sliding door and let fresh air in. Stayed the weekend for the works Christmas party. The hotel room was clean and well a equipped. The setup of the party room was beautiful. Throughout our stay the staff - from checking in, the valet, service staff and house keeping - were all fantastic, polite and friendly. Breakfast buffet had a wonderful choice. Would definitely recommend and look to stay again. Stayed the weekend for the works Christmas party. The hotel room was clean and well a equipped. The setup of the party room was beautiful.
