Planning one of the biggest days of your life can be challenging so let our team at Xclusive Media Services make the process of hiring a wedding videographer extremely simple and stress free.
Over the years we’ve worked with some of the most amazing couples, ensuring that each wedding video captured every couples’ personalities & love for each other in its own unique way.
When it comes to filming, our team are often praised for their non-invasive approach and professional but friendly manner.
Prior to your wedding day, we conduct a series of meetings to advise you of how our team of professional wedding videographers work, create a plan based around your requirements and official wedding itinerary to ensure that every key moment is captured, from the moment our videographer arrives until it’s their time to leave - excluding the wedding breakfast, because who really wants to watch their friends and family eating over and over again?!
Once your wedding is over, our team of video editors will then begin producing your personalized fully edited Wedding feature and highlight reel, both of which will allow you to relive your special day over and over again with all of your family and friends.
We must prewarn you that we have a consistant record of which none of our previous clients have managed to finish watching their highlight reels without shedding tears!

The consistant positive feedback that we have received from our previous clients regarding our services from the point of first contact to the delivered finished product.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We would firstly gather enough information from you in order to provide you with 2 quotes. Whilst we like to advise our clients of the most preferred option, we like to allow them to have options to choose themselves as it is ultimately their big day!
You would then be required to pay a non-refundable deposit in order to secure your booking - with the outstanding payment to be paid in full no later than 48 hours before your wedding day.
We will then arrange a consultation 2 weeks before you wedding to review the details that have already been discussed and any final details that need to be added. We would also obtain an Itinerary at this point and would also introduce the videographer that will be handling the production of your big day.
On the day of your wedding, our videographer will capture the day in the most natural and non-invasive way as possible. Once the agreed number of production hours has been met, our videographer will give you the option to extend the hours (at an additional cost) should you feel the need to do so.
When it comes to the post production (editing) process, our team will be in touch to confirm the song that you have chosen, allowing us to begin creating your highlight reel (alongside your wedding documentary).
Once this process has been completed, we will then send your content to you via a USB stick and will be in touch to ensure that you are happy with your final product.
