JacksBack covered our wedding this weekend and absolutely blew us away with their attentiveness, guidance and professionalism. They understood our vision and wedding day perfectly and not only captured it, but added to it. My guests were impressed with how prepared they were as a team and how they worked together to encourage wonderful moments as well as blending into the background of our wedding party to capture our day as we wished. They took the time to know both myself and my husband and how to work alongside us. Receiving the preview images within 24 hours of them leaving us really extended our wedding weekend and seeing just sensational imagery was a beautifully emotional experience for us as newlyweds! Michelle and Joe are nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we first connected, they went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only are they incredibly polite, professional, and calming, but they literally saved our entire wedding day. When our photographer arrived without the proper equipment to capture photos in low light, Joe stepped in without hesitation and set up a floodlight to ensure our photographer could get the shots we needed. That alone was a lifesaver! Even before I met with them, Michelle and Joe were already working tirelessly behind the scenes. They coordinated with all of our vendors and communicated with our venue to ensure everything was perfectly arranged, leaving me with absolutely no stress or things to worry about. Their level of professionalism, warmth, and care is unmatched. And when it comes to the videos they created for us—WOW!. They completely exceeded every expectation I had, capturing moments in ways I never even imagined possible. I’m honestly at a loss for words to express how highly I recommend them. Michelle and Joe were an absolute pleasure to have as our videographers. From start to finish, they made us feel completely at ease, capturing every moment so naturally. My 3 year old nephew was even interested in the equipment and Michelle even let him play with it which was such a lovely moment. The videos they have shared with us are nothing short of cinematic—the quality of the footage and the way they have pieced everything together is simply stunning.
