I booked dream a theme over 12 months before my wedding. They did not contact me for details, I had to contact them. On my wedding day they cancelled BY EMAIL. The reason they gave was reasonable, however they did not have the decency to phone me and left me on my wedding day panicking that there was no videographer. Who looks at their emails on their wedding morning! Since they let me down I have been trying to get a refund. I have had to log a claim to get half of my money back via PayPal , which I have now got but I have received nothing but rude responses to my requests for a refund. This is not a reputable or trustworthy company and they have zero customer service skills. Avoid at all costs!!!

Amazing job!

Amazing job! The fella was such a nice guy, so easy to talk to and you wouldn't have even known he was there filming our wedding in 360 degrees!! The equipment which you'd think would be intrusive is actually completely the opposite. I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for the extra wow factor! So easy to deal with and respond within minutes :)

We have a client dashboard where all our couples can manage their booking and keep up to date, we arrange meeting with the venues and the couple months before the big day to make sure we have everything covered.

We like to look for covers of songs, these seem to work better in most cases.
