Trying to put into words what this venue and our wedding coordinator mean to us feels almost impossible, because what they gave us was so much more than just a beautiful place to get married. They gave us a feeling… a sense of calm, of being cared for, of knowing that our day—the day we’ve dreamed of for so long—was in the safest, kindest hands. From the moment we walked through the doors, the venue felt like home. There was something almost magical in the air, and on our wedding day that magic wrapped around us completely. Where to even begin! From the moment we viewed Townhead as a potential wedding venue we instantly fell inlove, you really do get the full package! The views, the staff and a weekend that makes you feel in the most beautiful bubble. Nothing is any trouble for the staff and they really do go above and beyond, extremely open and understanding and they all give 110% to providing an outstanding experience. A very big special thank you to Beth our wedding coordinator who was absolutely brilliant, you made our wedding unforgettable and kept us all calm and under control, everything was explained perfectly and you guided us beautifully through our sensational day! We cant wait to pop back for a drink and relive what was a truly magical weekend. Keep up the hard work guys you deserve all the recognition in the world! 5 stars doesn't come close to what we would we give you all. Thank you again and were looking forward to seeing you all again. We couldn't have asked for a more flawless experience for our big day, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible team at Town Head Estate. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and we felt completely supported throughout the entire process. I was in regular contact with Tanya and Beth leading up to the wedding, and both were amazing. They were always responsive, informative, and incredibly helpful with any requests or questions we had. Their professionalism and warmth immediately put us at ease, and they truly made the planning process stress-free. We arrived at stunning grounds of the wedding the day before the wedding, Tanya was there to greet us and walk us through all the details we'd discussed, ensuring everything was in place and ran perfectly. She also made sure our guests felt comfortable and welcomed, which really added to the special atmosphere of the day. The day of the wedding went well even when I (Chloe) had a few wobbles about all of the attention Tanya and Beth had experienced everything and knew exactly what to do and where to take me and Adam so that we were able to have some time to ourselves to take it all in. The stunning setting of Town Head Estate, combined with the team's attention to detail and dedication to making our day perfect, truly made this a wedding we'll cherish forever. Words cannot describe how special Town Head is, and we could not be more grateful to have got married there! The venue’s grounds and facilities are incredible, from the beautiful accommodation, to the private jetty with paddle boards on lake Windermere, as well as all the beautiful gardens and grounds. The staff, including Tanya, Beth and Hannah were all so warm, welcomming and helpful, it meant our wedding was seamless. Our guests were hugely impressed with both the venue itself as well as all the staff working there. We cannot thank Beth and the rest of the team at Town Head enough for making our day so perfect. From the moment we first saw the venue and booked our wedding day, they have been there to make sure everything would be exactly what we wanted and more. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, even in the pouring down rain in December! We are so lucky to have been able to get married there and just wish we could relive the day over and over again. You were both an unbelievable support on our wedding day, a support we didn't even know we needed. We certainly made the most of the whole venue over our 3 days and we actually now love the fact it rained on our wedding day. We had so much fun and embracing the weather meant we let go and the state of our dresses definitely shows this!
