Our pricing varies depending on the day of the week, the time of the year and which areas of the venue you'd like to hire and is not based on guest numbers. The lowest total pricing quoted is based on an off-peak Monday-Wednesday date & the highest total pricing is based on a high-peak (July & August). Both prices include the exclusive venue hire along with accommodation for up to 28 people onsite for all dates until the end of 2026.

I am fortunate enough to visit this beautiful venue several times a year, and its easy to see why its such a desirable venue for so many of my couples. Absolutely beautiful surroundings in every direction, the spectacular manor itself, purpose-built prep suites, the ceremony room, the ballroom…it has everything you could possibly want and need for the perfect wedding day. And all the staff are lovely and helpful too, which really does make a difference to the day! We couldn’t have asked for a better day and a big part of that was the Merrydale Manor team. They day ran without a hitch, the team just got our vision and their efforts throughout the day to make it perfect didn’t go unnoticed. From the moment we stepped foot in Merrydale we knew it was where we wanted to get married (we just got that feeling) and a big part of that is down to the welcoming nature of the staff - helped by being the most beautiful venue!! We must have visited Merrydale about 20 times in the lead up to the wedding and each time there were more and more plans to improve the venue for couples. They are constantly looking for ways to make sure it is the best venue - we genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and a big part of that was the Merrydale Manor team. They day ran without a hitch, the team just got our vision and their efforts throughout the day to make it perfect didn’t go unnoticed. I was a guest at the wedding for my nephew George McNally who married Sophie. The whole day was picture perfect, excellent rooms, excellent food and amazing atmosphere. We attended one of the opening evenings at Merrydale in January 2024 and knew instantly it was the place for us. It was the first and only venue we visited. Be booked it the very next day. In the run up to the wedding all the staff were so approachable and helpful at answering all our queries… Robyn, Nikita and Georgia are just a few to name. We absolutely loved each and every visit to Merrydale, from looking around all the rooms at the open days to attending our initial and final meetings in the office. We got married at Merrydale in October 2025 and despite the British weather, our day was perfect! Everything ran like clockwork thanks to our coordinators, Sam and Margaret. From moving us to and from the pods, make-up suite, cave, ceremony room, etc, to making sure all our belongings showed up in the right place. Everything was seamless. I had zero c worries on the day as I knew everything was in hand. We went for very minimal decor in the ceremony room and Merrydale suite as they speak for themselves. The whole venue and grounds are absolutely stunning. And a big thank you to our toastmaster, Neil. He really helped settle our nerves and was great at making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. He even made sure we took a few minute for ourselves after the ceremony, as they day can be very overwhelming. We are so pleased we chose Merrydale as our wedding venue. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat. We really hope this wasn’t our last time driving up the beautiful driveway to the manor. It is such a special place! Hi Merrydale team, I come to Merrydale Manor quite often to do bridal and bridal party hair, and I think it’s really important to share feedback when something truly stands out. For me, Merrydale really does. It’s such a beautiful venue, always spotless, and it’s clear how much care and attention goes into keeping it looking perfect. The pride the family has in the venue really shines through in every detail. The team make such a difference too , everyone is always so welcoming and friendly to us suppliers, which isn’t something you get everywhere. Everything feels organised and stress-free, and that’s down to how on top of timings and details you all are. Also, The new dressing room is absolutely stunning, and the having the lodges make it so much easier for us and the bridal parties when moving across to the main house, such a great addition. And I wanted to mention that the last few weddings I’ve worked on, Mackenzie has been the coordinator and she’s been fantastic to work alongside. We cannot thank Merrydale enough for hosting our amazing day, from start to finish everything went so smoothly. The staff was amazing and could not do enough for us and our guests, you are an amazing team. A big special thank you to McKenzie who was with me all morning and made sure everything was perfect. From the first time we visited Merrydale on an opening day we knew this venue was the one for us. Michael had shown us around this stunning venue and we instantly fell in love. We are so pleased we picked Merrydale to host our wedding, all of our guests have complemented on how beautiful the venue was, how everything just went perfect & how all the staff was so lovely. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, myself and my husband did not have to worry about anything, we was able to enjoy our full day with our family and friends as everything was taken care off. From the moment we visited Merrydale Manor we fell in love with the place. Every time we visited Merrydale for wedding meetings etc.. the grounds and buildings were stunning, not a blade of grass out of place, it even looked stunning in Winter time. The team here are incredible, they gave you confidence from the start that everything would be taken care of and your day would be perfect. On the wedding day itself they had a team of people looking after the wedding making sure every single detail no matter how big or small was taken care of and ran smoothly. Every room in the venue, Ceremony room, Wedding breakfast room etc.. was utterly stunning, our expectations were quite high and they far exceeded these. Most of the people that came to our wedding said that it was the best wedding they had every been to and the food and service provided by Barretts was impeccable. Thank you so much for making our wedding the most memorable day of our lives and an incredible experience. Merrydale Manor have set the bar so high for a wedding venue, its hard to imagine anything could be improved here!
