Their flawless execution of all the set up and food service meant that we were able to keep to the schedule, and at times run early which I didn't think we would be able to do with such tight timings! What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

I've seen many, I think our top one would have to be Sarah & Martin who asked each guest to plant a flower seed in one big vase and shared the result with us a few months later - a beautiful mix of flowers to remind them of that great day.

Our most unique feature has to be our original Masonic Temple, the only one in The City! This room was sealed behind a fake wall and later re-discovered when planning the hotel's refurbishment. Now restored to it's full glory it can hold your Wedding dinner or your party!
