What is your most memorable wedding?
A wedding at The Monastery in Gorton. It was the first time I had taken on an 3 piece XL installation and it was amazing to see it in such a stunning venue
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Easy going, bespoke, on trend, stylish, affordable luxury
What about your business are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of taking the leap into the wedding industry and being confident that the pieces I create are good enough to put out there.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Everyone will have a thought or opinion on your day. You need to hold on to the last two words of that sentence. "Your Day"
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I created a piece for a Bride whose Mum had passed. It was a photo piece that hung on the first chair at the end of the aisle reserving that space for her Mum and then was moved to reserve her space on the top table
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Firstly, I like to know which stationery and signage pieces you are after. The next step is to understand what your wedding vibe is. Is it boho, rustic or simple, clean and classic. I will create 3 designs for you to make sure I am on the right track and once a design is finalised, I set about creating your pieces.
What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?
I think it has to be the table plan and Order of the Day. Everyone loves to know who they will be on a table with and what time dinner will be served way before the ceremony has even started!
What is your best seller?
Welcome signs and table plans are definitely my best sellers
How do you add romance to any wedding stationery you do?
The romance comes from the personal touches on the stationery. A significant flower adorning the corners, personal table names rather than numbers, photos that show the happy couple through their time together or even a nod of colour somewhere.
