Personal Message from the Manager

Name of Wedding Contact: Donna Simpson
So, why did I become a stationery provider? Because I believe in the power of stationery to tell your unique love story. Because I want to help make your wedding dreams come true, one beautifully designed and affordable invitation at a time. And because, let's face it, playing with pretty card and designs all day while being there for my daughter is pretty much the best job ever.

FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

All weddings are memorable for their own reasons, each wedding captures each couple who are all unique. But I guess my own wedding would be the most memorable.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Elegant, timeless, bespoke, refined, and affordable.

What about your business are you most proud of?

Providing luxury wedding stationery at an affordable price by designing, printing and making all stationery in-house

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Set a realistic budget before making any decisions. A clear budget acts as your roadmap and helps prevent the most common source of wedding stress - overspending. It will guide every choice from venue to vendors, and help you prioritise what truly matters to you both. Every other planning decision flows more smoothly once you have concrete numbers to work with. It's much easier to make confident choices about catering, decor, or attire when you know exactly what you can comfortably spend in each category.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

I love a personal touch in weddings, whether suttle or the basis of the entire theme. From favourite book quotes as table names, menus personalised by the guests food choice, venue illustrations to using family crests - i can help to incorporate any personal touch you have in mind.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Typically I will ask for some information in order for me to arrange a rough quote, if happy to proceed then we can book you in. This starts with a consultation usually face to face - where we look at samples and card stock. We discuss your big day, what information your guests need and what information you need to get from them. Once complete I then put together some digital designs, once approved and only when approved I order in your stock, print and assemble your stationery.

What is the most important piece of stationery for a wedding and why?

The invitation. Without clear information your guests wont know where and when

What is your best seller?

Our pocketfold invitations are the most popular, their elegant style allows tradition and modern designs to be incorporated while keeping all information for guests in one place

How do you add romance to any wedding stationery you do?

I bring romance to wedding stationery through careful attention to these elements: Language selection - Using emotive, poetic words and phrases that capture the couple's love story without becoming overly flowery. Simple phrases like "joining hearts and hands" or "two souls entwined" can add subtle romance. Calligraphy and typography - Incorporating flowing script fonts and elegant handlettering details, especially for the couple's names, creates an instantly romantic impression. Mixing these with clean serif fonts maintains readability. Sensory details - Using romantic tactile elements like silk ribbons, wax seals, soft deckled edges, or delicate vellum overlays adds a sensual, intimate quality that elevates the whole suite. Negative space - Allowing for generous white space around design elements creates an airy, dreamy quality that feels inherently romantic rather than cluttered or busy. Color psychology - Working with soft, romantic colour palettes (blush pinks, dusty blues, warm creams) or rich, passionate tones (deep burgundies, navy blues) depending on the couple's vision. The key is finding that perfect balance where the romance feels authentic to the couple rather than generic or overdone.
