Such a classy service
Our experience with Je Taime was great from start to end. It was wonderful to be able to choose our wedding rings - something so personal - from the comfort of our own home. Prem was great, he explained every part of the process and every type of ring and precious metal. We were able to choose a pair of truly stunning rings, engraved with words that mean something to us and added that special touch to our wedding. A five review does not nearly convey how exquisite Je t'aime's service has truly been.
A five star review does not nearly convey how exquisite Jetaime's service has truly been. It can not be said enough how incredible the customer service provided by Prem has been, and how invaluable an asset he is to this company! I had the absolute privilege of contacting Prem in the early stages of research and my quest for 'The Ring', and later (after learning so much I almost felt I could even qualify as a diamond expert myself!) contacted him again to secure the perfect ring - something that I can say now in retrospect. Information, from anything about rings (ring metallurgy, the diamond industry) to the process and updates on your very own personal ring, has always been detailed, transparent and timely. For myself, Prem has been available for discussion about any topic, at whatever time (often late in the night to make it more convenient for me after work!), covering all details and offering exceptional guidance with such a distinct openness it was comfortable and, honestly, thoroughly pleasurable. He delivered assurance without a hint of pressure, and it is for that reason that defines him as an exemplar of how to deliver the greatest customer service. so glad we saw Je t'aime
So glad we saw Jetaime diamonds at a wedding fayre as we were struggling to find anything suitable in the known jewellers. Prem came to our home with a large selection of rings to look and try on. We were sent weekly updates on the process of our custom made wedding rings and they were delivered with a very welcome bunch of flowers, the wooden ring boxes that the rings are stored in were a fabulous touch. Exceptional service with a wide range of stunning rings. My husband purchased my engagement ring first, which was secondly followed by a home visit, where we then chose our wedding bands. The whole process was smooth and we were kept up to date at all times. My wedding band had my husbands name engraved with the date we married & he had my name & the date in his... A lovely touch!!! Describe your typical process with a couple.

A home visit appointment is arranged with the customer to meet at a time/date that is suitable to them for either a daytime/evening appointment 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm to showcase our stunning collection of Wedding Rings. There is no set time limit for the amount of time we spend with our customers as we want them to make the right choice whilst providing expert impartial advice, though generally Home Visit Consultations can take between 1-2Hrs. The customer can then choose the engraving font together with their personalised message to be engraved free inside each Wedding Ring. We offer a price that is unbeatable by our competitors and the customer can choose to make the payment in full or pay 50% deposit using credit, debit or bank transfer payment methods. We keep the customer informed of progress of their Wedding Rings right up to the point of the Wedding Rings delivered to them (4-6 weeks from point of order). We also offer a free clean, polish and rhodium plating process on our customers Diamond Engagement Ring if they have a bespoke designed Wedding Ring of their choice from us.
