I keep everything really flexible and allow you to cherry-pick the elements of wedding planning you need help with so there are no pricey packages here. You take care of all the things you want to do, and then just bring me in for the rest!

PLANNING: Sourcing individual suppliers from £50 per supplier, to a thorough sourcing service priced at £750. ADMIN: Catchup calls & consultations from £50, through to full wedding admin support at £550. COORDINATION: On the day support, plus catchup call and supplier contacts at £795. Travel is included up to 50 miles from DY10, further travel and accommodation etc will be charged in addition. Please just ask if you'd like a bespoke quote based on your needs!

There are three main elements of your wedding I can help with: PLANNING - for those who need help finding some inspiration. If you're looking for venues or need me to suggest some suppliers I can source exactly what you need. I provide moodboards and send over ideas for styling and themes along with my top recommendations of local suppliers to make it happen. ADMIN - struggling with the finer details? Need to draw up table plans? Juggling too make spreadsheets? You can give some of those jobs to me to make life easier! Or schedule in a call every now and then where I can check on your progress and check you're staying on track. COORDINATING - I can also be there on the day of the wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly. As well as making sure things stay on course, I can manage your suppliers, take on some tasks and give you extra peace of mind throughout the day so that you have nothing to worry about! If you need end to end support, we can do all of the above together. Or simply pick the elements you're struggling with and I'll quote based on what you need. Simple!

Everyone needs Lindsay as their wedding co-ordinator!

Initially we weren't sure if we needed an wedding co-coordinator, but we are so glad we decided we did, and so unbelievably happy we chose Lindsay (Worcestershire Wedding Planner). Elegant rustic wedding at Elmbridge Farm

We met Lindsay at the venue before the wedding to go through our plans and her role. She was friendly and bubbly and we immediately liked her. Festival wedding at Oakfield Gardens

Lindsay made our plans work. She took our dreams & ideas without trying to influence them but skillfully crafted slight changes where neccessary. On the day Lindsay understood and drove the schedule, communicating via walky talky to co-oridinate ceremony moments and being there when we needed to say 'we need some help'. I was glad we had a wedding co-oridnator as part of our wedding package but could not have anticpated how profound an impact Lindsay would have on our day.

What is your most memorable wedding?

I love it when couples get married at home - it's so special to be invited to such an intimate occasion. But then again, I'm super happy at a giant festival wedding too! The best thing about my job is that no two dates are every the same.

Relaxed, approachable, fun, realistic & totally adaptable too!

What about your business are you most proud of?

The reviews from my couples make me feel so proud of what I've achieved - they don't just seem to think I'm good at my job, but that I'm a decent person too and it shows! When they recommend me to their friends, that's the best kind of compliment you can get.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY. I get why people think there are certain rules or ideals for your big day, but ultimately you need to do what feels good for you. It doesn't matter if that's a beautiful white gown and elegant fine dining or street food and sequin jumpsuits. It's a special day - do it your way!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I like to make sure we're a good fit so we can have quick chat either via phone or over coffee (or virtually if you prefer). I'm here to listen to you, so you let me know what you think you need and where you think I'll fit in. I'll also answer and questions you have. I can send an estimation over if you need to confirm costs, and if you want to book I'll take a small deposit. Then I get straight to work! I'll discuss with you when further payments will need to be made and any other T&Cs upfront so we're always on the same page. I'm always available via phone or email if you need to check in at any point.

What is your favourite moment at a wedding?

I'm a bit of a foodie, so I love the afternoon once the ceremony is done and before the dancing starts. That's when all the nerves have disappeared and you start to see the happy couple relax and enjoy themselves. Nobody can be miserable with a cocktail or a glass of fizz in their hand. Everyone is chatting and enjoying the day - and if there's some street food or some canapés... it's a winner!
