Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Professional, friendly, luxury, elegant, bespoke
What about your business are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the fact I have built years of experience in private events to get where I am today! I have worked countless events (not just weddings!), and I know exactly what goes into making a special occasion perfect for my clients.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Have an open and honest dialogue with your wedding planner! We are all on the same side, and this will ensure that everyone is working towards the same vision and there won't be any disappointments on the day.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Napkins with a watercolour of the wedding venue, date and couples' names printed on. So very sweet!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
It all begins with the consultation! The more details we discuss, the better. This forms the basis for our journey going forwards.
We then move on to my recommendations/proposal; you tell me what you love (and don't love) about it and we create a wedding outline from there.
DETAILS! We can then move on to the nitty gritty. Timelines, suppliers, etc. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail!
Then the run-up to the wedding and the wedding day are mine to co-ordinate, so sit back and enjoy your special time as I make sure everything runs like clockwork.
I am your friendly and approachable wedding fairy godmother, and I will do everything in my power to ensure you have the perfect journey from engagement to newlyweds.
How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?
Communication and organisation is the key; if my bride and groom know exactly what to expect (and that everything is going to be perfect!), then they can relax and enjoy the day.
What is your favourite moment at a wedding?
Without a doubt the first dance! This is when I finally see the bride and groom relax and enjoy their wedding day surrounded by the love of their family and friends; it's a wonderful moment to witness and I love it every time.
