During the initial enquiry we discuss with our clients what they have in mind for their special day. Some of our clients require on the day coordination only and others full planning. Once our clients have decided which service they require,we provide a quotation and once agreed we arrange a meeting at the venue to run through the day, gather all suppliers information or seek suppliers for them. Depending on which service the client choices, the level of communication various, however we do not limited the amount of communication our clients have with us and we are always here to answer any queries they may have. We work with our clients to ensure their day is perfect for them and guide them through their decision process.

We arranged for actors to be in attendance at an Alice in Wonderland themed wedding. The actors were dressed as different characters.

We work very hard in the lead up to each wedding to ensure all suppliers are fully aware of how the day should run. We work with clients and sometimes their bridal party to ensure they are aware of the timeline for the day.

We love hearing the vowels, it’s such an emotional moment for everyone. We share a great deal of time with our clients in the lead up to their special day and this moment always brings a tear to our eyes.
