Nigel will endeavour to be present at your venue meeting so that your particular requirements can be discussed in detail. The planning of the day is crucial, and precise timings are essential for everybody involved in your day. Nigel will be at the venue 1 1/2 hours before your guests arrive and will ensure that everything is in place in good time. He will coordinate with the venue staff, banqueting manager, photographer, videographer and with whoever is providing evening entertainment.
