Hello! I'm Mark (he/him). I'm a creative, warm, relaxed wedding celebrant for fun-loving, kind-hearted couples. I work across Sussex, London, Kent and travel further afield for destination weddings. I'm an LGBTQ+ wedding supplier, and a Trans+ ally. I centre you and your couple story, guided by the language you use as a couple, rather than making gendered or patriarchal assumptions.

After our first conversation with Mark we knew he was a great fit for our wedding. Mark picked up on detailed aspects of our story and wrote a beautiful ceremony for us. He even had us write surprise vows which we loved on the day, and helped plan a surprise from me for my husband. All the guests complimented how wonderful he was and how it was a beautiful ceremony

Like having a friend marry us
Building our ceremony with Mark has been a joy. A couple of relaxed calls, and a lovely couple of hours chatting over dinner and Mark was able to pull a ceremony together so fun and personal we had many guests assume he was a close friend. On the day he was calm and professional but still brought a genuine happiness to the ceremony which helped ease any last minute nerves we both had. We cannot begin to recommend him enough

Felt like it was delivered from a friend
Mark was very supportive and open to our thoughts throughout the whole process. We had a mix of traditional and non-traditional elements and never felt any pressure to fulfil any criteria, which is just what we wanted. Mark was such a pleasure to work with. From the moment we spoke he was so friendly and helpful. He is such a genuine, lovely person and had so much warmth about him. He took the time to really get to know my couple and write a script that was perfect for them. He was wonderful on the day and the ceremony was intimate, celebratory, and very heart felt. You can easily see he just wants the couples to have the best ceremony for them and enjoys telling their love story.

Celebrating all couples, without assumptions. I have a passion for inclusivity in all its forms and I work with you to ensure you, your friends and family are included and celebrated. I understand that this might be one of your biggest priorities in finding and feeling comfortable with your wedding team.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Many people still don't know they have a choice other than a faith-based or civil ceremony. You do! A celebrant-led wedding is an original, personal and inclusive alternative.

And as a celebrant, one myth I want to explode is the role of a registrar as central to your wedding celebration.

A registrar-led ceremony can cost as much as a 100% personalised celebrant-led ceremony. You don't need a registrar there on your wedding day - you can do this either wide of your personalised celebrant-led wedding. The legal paperwork costs about ÂŁ80 depending on your local authority. You can then invest in an celebrant-led ceremony that is created especially for you.
