My name is Steph, I’m 25 years old and I fell in love with the wedding & event industry back in 2021 when my sister planned the wedding of her dreams and asked me to help. We spent a week in France celebrating a wedding that was unforgettable (and boiling hot) and I walked away finding my thing in life. Since then I’ve worked in both the catering industry as well as a wedding venue learning as much as I can to help develop my knowledge and grow my wings to start this new venture. I have extensive experience planning weddings and events both in the UK and abroad! I’m truly passionate about crafting unforgettable experiences. Whether it's turning your boldest ideas into reality, working with the best vendors, or perfecting every last detail, I’m driven by the joy of helping people celebrate love in ways that are truly meaningful.

Over the 18 month build up to the wedding, Steph you were amazing with being so helpful, attentive and knowledgable in what we should be doing. One of the best memories of the day was the atmosphere and the amounts of smiles and love everyone had. Steph, you were on point all day. So professional, so caring and hilarious and making sure we were where we needed to be. The day was just perfect and we could not have done it without you, so honestly just a huge massive thank you.

What is your most memorable wedding?

A wedding I had the pleasure of doing in Greece in September 2024. It was by far the hottest wedding I've experienced, but every detail was absolutely beautiful and perfectly planned!

I am most proud of my ability to transform each couple’s vision into a flawless, personalised celebration, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed. My dedication to creating beautiful, memorable experiences that reflect my clients’ unique style that stands out as a point of pride. I take pride in making each wedding truly special, no matter the challenges.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Set your non-negotiables straight away and make sure you and your partner respect those throughout the entire planning process.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Personally, I love the telephone guest book where couples can leave their own message for their guests! Its adorable!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Whether you want me for just part of the process or the whole thing, I like to keep you in the loop with everything (or as much as you want)! I typically love to get you guys involved with meetings with me and get to know each other as I think that's so important when I am there for one of the biggest days of your life! It all starts with a consolation phone call and then the rest is laid out for you!

What is the most unusual thing you’ve been asked to plan?

I like to think nothing is unusual in all honesty - your wedding, your say!

How do you ensure a stress-free wedding?

To ensure a stress-free wedding, I advise you plan well in advance, delegate tasks, and consider hiring a wedding planner to handle the details. Keep the guest list manageable, set realistic expectations, and stay flexible if things don’t go exactly as planned. Prepare for the unexpected with backup plans, and make time for quiet moments with your partner. Focus on staying healthy leading up to the day, trust your vendors, and remember that perfection isn’t the goal—celebrating your love is.

What do you love most about your job?

There isn't one specific thing because in all honesty, I love every moment. From the start to finish, this is my thing in life and I adore what I do and feel so grateful to do it!

What is your favourite moment at a wedding?

The moment you walk down the aisle is one of the most emotional and significant parts of a wedding. It’s a beautiful blend of anticipation, joy, and excitement, marking the beginning of a new chapter. The atmosphere, the music, and your partner’s reaction create a powerful sense of emotion that resonates with everyone present, symbolising the commitment about to be made.
