As a guest at Nico18 I was intrigued at how professional event on wheels was on the day. It was obvious that the wedding was planned to perfection and the day was well coordinated. As a guest I was satisfied as the coordination was perfect. Event on wheels went that extra mile to make sure the day was a success.

Elsie really cares!

Elsie really really cared about our wishes coming true on the day and she did all that she did to ensure that. I was impressed with how she took on board the various requests from us as a couple as well as our parents- not always an easy job! We had so many lovely conversations leading up to the wedding and she really “got” us as a couple and knew what we wanted our day to look like! Elsie is super hard working and will certainly go the extra mile. I’d definitely recommend her and her team!

EOW literally took charge from the first meet up, suggesting and recommending essential things that we hadn’t and probably wouldn’t have thought of. Our wedding was in the best hands. EoW planned #Nico18 (was one of the groomsmen) two months to the wedding and it was perfect. All went smoothly, well organized and done in a timely manner. Not that I was surprised anyway, after all EoW planned my wedding back in May 2017 which was a day my family will never forget!

It is your wedding so Decide what is the most important thing you must have at your wedding . This lets you prioritise and helps shape the budget/ resource allocation.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Wedding Welcome Survival kit. Where the couple spent time curating lots of items to help guests get through a wedding weekend, From sweets to tissues to snacks, to drinks gums, to slippers all in a personalized handy bag.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

It all starts with a free consultation in person or call where my sole aim is to get to know you better , your desire and love story. Gosh I love a love story. As a wedding planner , I want to understand how you are thinking or visualizing your wedding this gives me great insight on our approach to working with you and pulling together the great team of suppliers that can bring this vision to life. It is indeed no secret that I operate on the basis of 'its your wedding your way with my support'. All information gathered then helps me work with you in the fun part of reviewing and selecting your choice vendors for your day. If I am joining your team to help you with a few weeks or month to go , I'll still meet with you for a consultation to get an understanding of your day, all you have done so far and how I can best support you in delivering a great day. I will contact all the suppliers you have carefully chosen and manage the delivery of the day for you. Bottom line , whatever service you choose one thing guaranteed is we will definitely take you to that place of happy ever after. So please do get in touch no mater what stage of your planning journey you are.
