The Patrons Photography is a wedding photography studio based in Glasgow, Scotland, led by Claire and Rimbaud. Partners in life and art, we both are Soloist dancers at Scottish Ballet.
Alongside our life on stage, photography has become another way for us to tell stories. Years of performing have shaped how we see the world: we’re instinctively drawn to movement, emotion, rhythm, and the quiet moments in between. We photograph weddings much like we dance, with sensitivity, intention, and an awareness of everything happening just beyond the spotlight.
Our approach is candid and unobtrusive. We want you to be fully present on your wedding day, not worrying about the camera. We’ll gently guide you when needed, but mostly we observe, anticipate, and capture your day as it naturally unfolds, from the big emotional moments to the small, fleeting details that often become the most meaningful.
Working with us feels relaxed and personal. We take the time to get to know you and your story, so your photographs reflect who you truly are rather than a formula or trend. Every wedding is different, and we treat each one with the care and attention it deserves.
We offer bespoke wedding photography packages, from intimate elopements to multi-day celebrations, and are happy to travel across Scotland and internationally. You’ll receive a beautifully curated online gallery of over 600 high-resolution images, with access to a fine-art print shop if you’d like to create timeless keepsakes from your day.
Above all, our aim is to create photographs that don’t just show what your wedding looked like but bring you straight back to how it felt.
