I often get asked if I am a family friend at weddings because my aim is to not stand out but capture your images as discreetly as I can. I shoot with a documentary style with an 'as it happens' feel rather than too staged / posed. That way I feel your images will be naturally you.
So what can I offer you as your wedding photographer.
I want you to not only LOVE your photographs but feel you are reliving your day over and over when you look through your images. To capture each moment in time as a loving momento that you will treasure for many years to come. I care deeply about your special day and aim to be your wing girl supporting you through the nerves and excitement and most of all FUN!

What is your most memorable wedding?
The couple surprised their guests with a carousel and it was so much fun!

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am proud that I have built my business from the ground up as a single parent for over 10 years. For me Wedding photography is more a passion than a job.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Please don't stress over the details. You are the most important people at your Wedding so do what YOU want and not try to keep everyone else happy.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I love to see photos of family members that are not longer here but have photos of them at the wedding, either attached on the bouquet or framed prints. Such a lovely thought, keeps your loved ones included and adds to the story of the day.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
When a couple enquire I offer to have a no obligation call to discuss their requirements. Although I offer packages I am also aware that every wedding day is different and I want to make a bespoke quotation based off their requirements.
After accepting my quotation I send a questionnaire to learn all about their plans. We can message and chat as often as they need and also plan a meet up or pre wedding photoshoot. I like to make a wedding quest signing book with their pre wedding photographs as a gift from me.
We have an amazing, fun and love filled wedding day!
After their amazing day I will prepare a few images for them to share with family and friends then start the process of editing all their beautiful images. Once edited they receive a private online gallery to review share and download from.
Some packages have a slideshow to music, an engraved wooden box & USB plus a selection of prints. There are also options to book a second professional photographer and luxury wedding albums.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
There are so many I could say, but just taking that moment out from your day to be together away from everyone are the most authentic moments to capture.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Feels like everything has been done, most of my couples let me guide them to capture them naturally as they are without the use of gimmicky photos. Saying that I would try anything requested within reason and if its legal!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Embrace it! Whatever the weather your day will be magical. I have an umbrella perfect for rainy days and we can find open shelter to capture some unique images.
Describe how you got into photography.
I started with taking photographs of newborns over 10 years ago at a local hospital and families kept asking if I did family, christenings, weddings etc and it evolved from there.
