Hailing from somewhere between Bristol and Birmingham, we create beautiful memories for big wedding days. A perfect mix of artistic, reportage and documentary styles, we honed our style over many years. Shooting to look like film, we style our shots to make them light and airy, with selective focus on the most important parts of the shot. Our images are all about the good times had throughout the day, with stuffy and posed shots kept to a bare minimum. Super friendly to work with, our photographer Jon has spent many years working at a printing lab, producing literally millions of photographs for other pro photographers, before going it alone and setting up Special Day Studios. With a Masters in Photography, quality and skill is assured throughout. Nothing is too much for the big day, from gathering guests for group shots to even helping out guests with any camera issues they might have on their day. We also introduced wedding videography in 2015, a perfect addition to any wedding, to ensure the perfect amount of media coverage.
