Hi, I'm Fatma 👋
Smiley Friendly
I am a Wedding and Family Photographer based in Sidcup. I work with couples all over London, Kent, and surrounding areas. My style is natural, relaxed, and fun.
Why do I do what I do? Because I am passionate about working with people and helping each one of them to create memories. I aim to leave you with lasting memories to look back on with enjoyment. I also absolutely love weddings. Why do I work for myself? Because I don’t want to miss out on stay-and-play sessions or sports days with my children. Working for myself means I get to choose when I work and this works perfectly for my little people.

FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

A hipster beach wedding, they were such a wonderful couple so very in love. It made capturing their romatic moments very easy as it was so natural.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Fun, Relaxed, Personal, Smiley & Natural.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Choose suppliers you feel comfortable with. It's important that you can be at ease when discussing your special day.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

My personal touch.....I like to make couples and guest feel at ease, I'm there to document the wedding day story so I will blend in and do my thing.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Once we have made contact, I would love to meet you in person or arrange a zoom meet in order to get to know you and talk about your big day! Then before your big day a little complimentary relaxed pre-wedding shoot will help us to feel very comfortable in eachothers company.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

Confetti shot! Paper confetti of course. I always have a a little box in my bag just for the happy couple.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

Smoke granades in Shorditch, it's edgy and a little bit naughty.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

Colourful umbrellas! I always have two one for each of you in the boot of my car! But feel free to pack your own if you wish.

Describe how you got into photography.

I grew up enjoying art in all forms, drawing, painting, sculpture. In 2008 I bought my first DSLR camera, for four years I learnt and shot solo. In 2012 I joined a few online photography groups, the plan was to meet others with similar interests. I met many people and I was inspired by the creativity and passion of others. My hobbie grew with each passing day. My camera became and attachment to my right hand and so the natural transition took place, I continued to learn and photography became my life and career.
