FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

A local low budget wedding in Herne Bay Lent where we felt like part of the family. The couple were married by their mother and the photos were in the local park and family garden. The pre wedding shoot was local as well even though the couple live in the midlands. Their album is special to us and it is to them. There were no WoW shots at this wedding but the photos were honest and beautiful just like the couple and their children.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Honest, natural, documentary, some posed

What about your business are you most proud of?

We feel like our couples are part of our family. It is not unusual for the groom not to be the only one at the front of the church with a tear in his eye as the bride enters.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Meet your photographer and ensure you know what you are getting in your package.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

The couples little boy holding a wooden sign saying 'Daddy make mummy your wife'

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Pre booking meeting, booking, web-link setup, pre-wedding shoot, gallery delivered, pre- wed zoom, contact suppliers, visit venue/planner, wedding, gallery/shop delivered, album meeting/zoom, album proofing, album delivery.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

Something personal to them, not a tiktok or Instagram shot

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

A couple that linked their little fingers when I asked them to hold hands (that was worth a close-up)

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

I know they are clique but an umbrella shot. (I always have a white umbrella and a speedlight handy)

Describe how you got into photography.

Second shot for my cousin and caught the bug. My wife came to my first wedding and took the best picture of the day and caught the bug too.
