With my natural, relaxed approach to photography, I seamlessly blend into your wedding, allowing me to capture you and your guests with genuine emotions and beautiful candid memories as you enjoy all the celebrations whilst your day unfolds.
While documenting your special day, I also provide gentle guidance when necessary to enhance those beautiful portraits, whether it's finding the perfect lighting or suggesting subtle poses I strive to make those moments magical!
I’m a happy-go-lucky, animal hugging, country-obsessed, adventure-seeking gal who just loves chasing the sun!
My photography follows a pattern in which I strive to capture unique relationships; in my romantic, light and luxurious style, Everyone shares a special bond which ties them to another and it’s those magical moments I believe should be captured and frozen for us to relive.
Animals play a huge role in my life! I live for furry cuddles and waggy tails, so tell me you’re bringing your dog(s) along to your wedding and I'm there!!

What is your most memorable wedding?
Every wedding is so different and unique it is hard to choose! My most recent memorable wedding would have to be at Creeksea Church nr Burnham-On-Crouch followed by a reception in a local field where there was a marquee and plenty of fun going on. The bride had her horse brought to the reception and we managed to get some lovely shots of all of them together. I would say that is my most recent favourite wedding as I got to be an Equestrian Photographer as well as a Wedding Photographer in one day.

What about your business are you most proud of?
I started my business off my own back at the age of 21. Although I had a lot of positive support from family and my partner, I have managed to set up, create and build my own wedding photography business from scratch, and for that I am proud and count myself very lucky to be able to do something I truly adore for work.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Make sure you take time away from planning the wedding to connect and have fun as a couple. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful and time consuming, and talking about finances can push peoples anxiety levels up. Go out on dates, and enjoy each others company. Have days where you don't talk about wedding planning at all, and make sure you stay connected and grounded.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I love it when someone different stands up and gives a speech at a wedding. Traditionally it is the Brides Father, The Groom and the Bestman, but I enjoy it when a Bridesmaid stands up, or all the Groomsmen get together and create something amazing to share to the rest of your guests. I think its really lovely and says a lot about who you are as a couple when others want to get involved too.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
- Firstly I would make sure I am available on your wedding date, followed by a video or phone call to have a chat and get to know you both, see how you feel about me and whether you think we'd be a good match!
- After this, if you're both keen to book, I will email over your own personal LJP portal where you will find a booking form, a contract and an invoice for my booking fee.
- Once completed I will send out a welcome package in the post, and if you have booked a pre-wedding shoot we can organise a date in the diary for this.
- I will be offering my full support, any helpful recommendations and lots of hype ahead of the big day!
- The Wedding Day!! Depending on your package, I typically arrive 2.5 hours ahead of your ceremony and will be with you throughout the whole day creating magical memories and capturing everything that is happening right up until a little time after your First Dance.
- Your images will be backed up and editing will commence immediately.
- A handful of sneak peeks will be heading your way within a week via a personal online gallery
- Once I have finished editing your gallery, all your images will be uploaded into your personal online gallery and your USB will be loaded and dispatched with your gift box.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
A timeless image of the 2 of you living your best life on your wedding day. This could be embracing, practising your first dance, having a dip and kiss, a confetti shot. Anything which matches your personalities and says 'we did it!!'
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
The groom's face as bride is walking down the aisle is probably the most common photo I have been requested not too miss. To see the tears, or the smiles is truly something special to capture.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
An umbrella, boots, and a smile! Rain on your wedding day is Good Luck!! It doesn't matter how rainy it is; with a window, doorway or umbrella we can create some lovely, intimate images.
Describe how you got into photography.
Oh goodness...would you believe me if I actually chose my career out of a hat??
That is literally what I did. I finished school, didn't know what to do with myself so I went on to do a mixture of A Levels. I then finished those and still didn't have a clue, so I headed to the library and wrote down all the things I enjoyed doing... Horse Riding, Music, Photography, Nail Art...etc etc and placed them in a hat to pick from...of which Photography came out first.
I applied to various local Universities as I was keen to live at home and save up, so when a call came in from the University of Essex I was thrilled. I had only applied to do a HND course in photography as I had only ever used a 'point and shoot' camera however during my interview, I was informed I would be placed on the Degree course. After a little persuading I finally agreed (I was worried I would be left behind not knowing much about photography) but in fact I was one of 5 in my class to graduate in 2011 with a BA(Hons) certificate. Even then I am only one of 2 of us who graduated to set up a photography business and here I am today!
