I’m Jon and I’m a wedding photographer based in Derby, covering weddings across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and around the UK. I love meeting happy couples, getting to know them, sharing in the most important day of their lives and then wowing them with incredible pictures that tell the story of their wedding day; capturing something of the magic that they can treasure and pass on to their children and grandchildren. Couples I love to work with can’t wait to see their photos and share them with friends and family. All my packages include the high-resolution digital images from the wedding, and I always smile when I see one of my photographs appear as my client’s new Facebook profile picture! Your wedding day is just that – a whole day. Therefore your photographs should tell the story of your whole wedding, from those early morning preparations through to Uncle Dave dancing with his tie round his head, Rambo-style, at the end of the evening. All my packages include full coverage of your big day, meaning that you’ll have the complete story of your wedding to look back on, and since there will be two of us, we can capture both sides of the wedding day morning story! In the morning I’ll photograph THE dress, any accessories that you have chosen, and the general chaos and special moments that happen before you leave to get married. Having two photographers is really useful during the wedding ceremony too, as it means we can tell the story from multiple angles without having to run around the venue and potentially distract your guests from the important stuff happening up front! Then, from confetti to speeches and through to dancing, we’ll ensure that we don’t miss a thing.
