What is your most memorable wedding?
Drummoland castle in Ireland. Stunning venue and the grounds were a photographer's dream!
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Stylish, distinct, creative, relaxed and experienced
What about your business are you most proud of?
My track record I think. I've never had a bride who wasn't happy with my work.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Choose a photographer based on his work not how cheap he is. You'll forget about the saving you made but always remember poor images.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Personalised football boots which were used to drink champagne from in a F1 podium style.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We usually have a pre-wedding meeting. I also visit the venue before any shoot (unless it is abroad when I try and see it the day before if I fly in early)
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Not sure there is a definitive one. I've always like the confetti throw as it leads to very natural looking images images.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Get outside and embrace it (if it isn't too torrential that is) I've taken some great portraits in the rain believe it or not.
Describe how you got into photography.
It was always a passion of mine from an early age (I know, they all say that) and I really wanted to create great photos for other people who will look at them for years to come.
