We booked our wedding short notice and after looking at the reviews and her brochure we were excited to have Jacque as our photographer. She seemed lovely however 2 weeks before the wedding informed us it was too difficult and she said she may need a second shooter due to the locations required and travel time stating she needs at least double the time to do it which stressed us out as we were left uncertain whether it would be cancelled or we would have to pay even more with only 2 weeks to go. After 2 days she responded and told us that her business partner could complete it by herself in the same timeframe so it was passed on to her, Berenice was absolutely amazing and had all of the photos edited and ready for viewing within 2 weeks to an amazing level and we were really happy with the photos, we also paid for a usb stick which was supposed to be sent by Jacque which we had to chase up again after 2 weeks because it still hasn't been sent and then we received it. We paid for the package included below however never received the consultation meeting and never received the guide as stated which I originally excused as being short notice but we did still pay. The usb that arrived was covered with Jacques name all over the box and the stick which I personally feel was quite disrespectful and rude to not only us as we were not informed it would look this way but to Berenice who did all of the work and received none of the credit. All in all I personally wasn't best pleased with the experience with Jacque as there was a lot more stress than necessary especially given I was around 16 weeks pregnant which Jacque was aware of but had I booked directly with Berenice it was an amazing experience. I was reluctant to leave a review however feel as though it's best to be truthful about my personal experience with Jacque. Not to say she isn't a good photographer as other reviews show she was amazing for them so I imagine it would be better if booked in advance maybe?

Very Professional and friendly Photographer, She is amazing We are speechless when We saw our photo gallery and video, I am very satisfied. If there is a word more than “excellent” Jacque deserves it. The package price is so affordable but the photography looks posh.

We got married recently and had Jacque's as our photographer on the day. We honestly couldn't have been more happier with her work, professionalism and her attention to detail! She has been professional and responsive through out the whole process. Jacques was amazing on the day, her calmness and non-intrusive style of capturing photos really put me at ease (as we don't find being in front of the camera easy). The photos came back beautifully and the editing style captured our day so well. The photos are such a treasure and captured our wedding memories so beautifully. We're so honoured to have had her as our photographer and I couldn't recommend more.

I was looking for affordable photographers online and found Jacque through facebook. Looking at her facebook page her price was within our budget,I was reluctant to ask her at first as she is from outside london. Luckily when I asked her if she can be our wedding photographer Jacque replied to me with a "YES". Jacque has captured the most special moments of my wedding day. There just aren't enough words to possibly describe how amazing each and every photo that Jacque snaps and I will treasure them forever. I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants a true professional photography experience. And will continue to use her photography service in the future.

Jacque was absolutely remarkable as our wedding photographer! She was calm, kind, friendly, got along with everyone and just made us so relaxed throughout the entire day (we're not the most confident with taking pictures so this meant so much to us).
