George...was everything we wanted and more.
George photographed our wedding in September and was everything we wanted and more. From our first meeting with him we knew he was the photographer for us, putting us at ease with his fantastic portfolio of pictures and brilliant reviews to match. He handled our wedding day perfectly and took exactly the pictures we wanted. All in all a wonderful, friendly guy who clearly loves what he does and we can say it was such a pleasure to have him at our wedding.

He captured amazing moments during our big day, all the tears, laughter and joy.
I wouldn't really know where to begin with when it comes to how amazing George has been from the pre-wedding to our actual wedding day. I love his sense of humour, he makes you feel so comfortable and confident. He captured amazing moments during our big day, all the tears, laughter and joy. Looking back at them I feel as though I'm back in that very moment. Thank you so so much George we really appreciate it and we will be booking you when we renew our vows in 20 years 😅 xx

We couldn't have wished for a better photographer.
George was a fantastic photographer and was an excellent addition to our wedding day. He is extremely friendly and is a pleasure to chat to and work with. His manner puts you at ease and he takes the time to capture the images you want, when you want. There are so many pictures George managed to capture where I didn't even see George moving around in the moment. His style doesn't intrude on the day and the photos he has produced are so stunning. We will treasure them forever and the little box they arrived in with our names was so lovely. We couldn't have wished for a better photographer. Thank you again for everything!

FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

I have photographed over 150 weddings and even after so many I find it hard to pick one memorable wedding. I have been very lucky to have such wonderful brides and grooms to photograph. Each one is very unique in its own way and that is one reason I continue to love photographing weddings.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Creative, natural, fun, discrete and will go the extra mile.

What about your business are you most proud of?

I am very proud of my logo and the photos that I take at weddings. With over 7 years of experience and photographing over 150 weddings I always strive to create fantastic images so that I continue to be proud of every wedding that I photograph.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Always remember to feed and drink the photographer. Photographers put so much effort into photographing your special day and it requires a lot of energy. I have been known to be on the go for 14 hours so a fantastic plate of food is much appreciated.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

One of my possible favourites was that the groom at one wedding loved Star Wars so during the ceremony Darth Vadar unexpectedly popped up at the proceedings. Another of my favourites was that guests at another wedding were taking their own photos and hash-tagging the couples name on Instagram. These photos were then automatically being printed by a wedding supplier and being hung on an Instagram tree for the wedding couple.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I always love to communicate with my couples so my top priority is chatting with my couples and getting an idea of what they are looking for from their photographer. Usually the first time we talk is via phone or via Skype. Afterwards I usually meet my couples to have a chat about their wedding day over a cup of coffee or cold drink. It is always very relaxed and friendly and my priority is to always get to know my couples so that we can work together to get some stunning images.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

A photo of everybody at the wedding. It is the one photo from my wedding that I always love to look back at.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

It would have to be photographing the bride and groom kissing whilst having the letters LOVE written in the background using sparklers. If you know how to use an SLR camera there are so many things you can do with it!

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

One thing is to have some umbrellas handy. A break in the rain can give the photographer the opportunity to take some quirky photos with some quirky umbrellas. Mostly just enjoy your wedding day and leave it up to the photographer to take the stunning images. The rain shouldn't really halt his or hers creativity. The photographer can always photograph indoors, or alternatively it is quite rare for it to rain all day so the photographer should always be looking for an opportunity to grab a spell when the rain has stopped.

Describe how you got into photography.

I was taught how to use an SLR camera at school whilst I was studying GCSE Art. I was also taught how to develop a black and white film in a darkroom. Since then (now over 20 years ago) I have always had an SLR camera at my side and I continue to love taking photographs. It actually surprises me that my love for photography grows more every year.
