Start planning early and do your research

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Making it specific for the couple ie: I have taken shots with the family pet's included on the Big Day, A set of handcuffs with the wedding rings inside for a police friend.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

After initial contact I would arrange a meeting with the couple to discuss: dates & timings, locations, pre-shoot, brief for the day (what the couple's must have from the day, type of style etc) bad weather alternatives/options. I would then go to the location before the pre-shoot to get my own personal feel and take on the location and to draw up suggestions and recommendations for the shoot.

Face to face showing true love, emotion and devotion

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?

Underneath of the couples shoes; Bride had 'I Do' and Groom had 'Help Me!!' emblazoned on them

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

A combination of alternative shots indoors or at different locations and the potential use of Umbrellas, Gazeebo to embrace the Great English weather!!

Describe how you got into photography.

I have been an avid photographer for over 30 years and when I decided I wanted a change in career this seemed to be a perfect opportunity.
