Everyone loves a saxophone! £2000 plus travel. 8 piece - as above plus trumpet to make up a fun 2 piece brass section. £2250 plus travel. Price includes all equipment, lighting, sound engineer(very important for sound quality and not-too-loud!) Wedding industry regional award winners for best band 2020/21/22/23/24.

The Covered have been blowing audiences away since 2014! Their set list has been honed so that ALL the songs get people on their feet. Pop/rock/soul/Motown/funk including some great singalongs. 1960s right up to date! They’ve performed at countless weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, Christmas parties, festivals, charity events and more. They can usually adapt their set list to any theme you'd like! All you need to decide is whether you'd like their 4/6 or 8 piece! :-) In 2018, The Covered won their first award and this was quickly followed by 5 more. You can see from their scores of 5 star reviews that they have been wowing their audiences and they will wow yours too! 🎉Absolutely amazing!! We recently booked The Covered for my husbands 40th Birthday party! They were fantastic, from booking them John was so polite and accommodating, he couldn’t do enough to make the night a success! The dance floor was never empty

Booked the band for our wedding, to play for the after-dinner dance. They were just great - got people up and dancing as soon as they started. Fun atmosphere with plenty of favourite songs, so the dance floor was never empty. They really made the evening a roaring success and would wholeheartedly recommend them!

The Covered were incredible for our wedding!

The Covered were incredible for our wedding! The venue unfortunately had a power cut a few songs into the bands set and they very kindly stayed on much later than we had originally planned so they could finish their set once the power came back on! They saved our wedding evening and we are extremely grateful and can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend.

The song renditions are fantastic!

Band played at my 60th birthday party, we were absolutely delighted with the musicality and choice of songs, you really became part big part of party! The song renditions are fantastic, the playing and singling is spot on. All my guests loved the atmosphere and dancing that you brought. Song choice was great, lots of what I liked, but with some great party songs to get everyone up. Big thanks for making the night a true celebration! I recommend this band!!

Worth every penny that I paid

I hired the band for a Masonic charity ball and have to say that they were worth every penny that I paid. A good range of music to suit all tastes and managed to keep the dance floor humming for most of the evening culminating with a mass sing along. I would definitely hire them again.

John and his band did a TREMENDOUS job at our winter wedding two weeks ago. Our guests were mainly from the Netherlands, therefore our choice of band was very important to us, considering the fact that our guests cannot sing along to every English song. However, John and his band really know how to entertain any crowd, so friendly, funny, and really understood the vibe and how to start the party! I would recommend them without hesitation, thanks again for the amazing evening🥰

Initial telephone chats listening to their requirements, hopes and fears! Reassuring them that they have chosen well and that nothing will be a problem to us. Discuss timings on the day to ensure we arrive, any first dance they'd like us to learn; set up and sound check at optimum, least obtrusive time.

What makes a romantic first dance?

The first dance is personal to bride and groom so they are ALL romantic!
