Born in San Sebastian, Spain. Introduced to jazz at an early age by her father, she fell in love with the sounds of Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holliday. Although she studied classical piano for many years, it was the spontaneity of jazz that kept drawing her.
After living abroad for a few years and marrying into a musical family, she moved to London and rediscovered her passion for the genre.
Her repertoire covers standards from the Great American Songbook, beautiful ballads and cheeky 1950s numbers, as well as latin bossa nova grooves, where she can draw inspiration from her Spanish roots.
