What is your most memorable wedding?
We had the honour of playing at Michael Owen's Stables in Cheshire (the wedding of one of his relatives). A stunning location where we provided acoustic guitar during the ceremony (to accompany the singing of one of the bridesmaids), classical guitar during the welcome drinks and the four piece band in the evening in an enormous tipi. A Fabulous day!
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

What about your business are you most proud of?
So many things - from the cards and flowers we receive from delighted previous clients to just looking around us on stage, seeing so many people having a great time together on the dancefloor, and being a part of a great combination of talented musicians all coming together to create the fantastic experience that only live music can produce
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Plan and book EVERYTHING! at least a year in advance. Don't be forced to book second choice venues, entertainers etc. It's amazing how popular specific dates of the year are - get in first!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A first dance that was a re-enactment of the twist scene in Pulp Fiction - complete with projected showing of the original film scene behind them!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
It's usually (but not quite always) the bride who contacts us and who we then liaise with to finalise details. We first ask for an enquiry (via our bookings page), then we will liaise via email or phone to agree a price and the services provided. We then send out a booking contract and ask for a 20% deposit to secure our services. At random points prior to the wedding day the couple will contact us to let us know any special recorded music they want in the DJ service and other details. We also make sure we know what the first dance choice is by two months prior to the day. Finally we renew contact in the week leading up to the day to firm up on all the final timings. Balance is due on the day itself or any time before.
What makes a romantic first dance?
Just two people in love surrounded by all their friends and family. It can be fun or romantic - we've seen plenty of both - In particular a mad couple of Man City fans choosing Blue Moon as a surprise (most of the guests were Man City fans too so they all joined in laughing), or a couple who hated the idea of having to do a first dance so started with Everything I Do by Bryan Adams but after 10 seconds asked us to produce a record scratching noise and go in to a Disco Classic with all the guests beckoned on to join them.
What is your number one floor-filler?
We can't tell you - it's our secret weapon and has everyone up at the end of every wedding and singing the tune afterwards. Apart from that we'd say Dancing Queen by Abba is probably the next, but the dancefloor tends to be full most of the night so it's hard to tell!
Which band from the past would you most like to have been part of?
Chic
What is the soundtrack to your life?
Just one Soundtrack? Ok, probably some amalgum of Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind and Fire, Marvyn Gaye, Diana Ross, Bruno Mars and the Beatles. Actually that would probably sound dreadful!
