Impress Events | Wedding DJs

I was looking for a DJ who would play all the indie bangers we’d spent our relationship dancing to in our local nightclub. I asked Ryan and he assured me he could do this and was actually excited for it! He was great in the lead up to the wedding and made sure to get all of our requests etc in early. When a Ryan got to the venue he was set up very quickly and blended in to the venue. He played all the music we’d asked for and catered to the requests of our guests without straying from the bride and grooms desired playlist. Our dance floor was full all night and it was just banger after banger. We really didn’t want it to end when the venue closed!! Ryan also captured one of our favorite photos of the night of me and my husband on our friends shoulders dancing to ‘don’t look back in anger’ by Oasis. Thank you so much Ryan!

Excellent DJ, listened to everything that was requested, exceptional communications and great value for money, would honestly recommend and will use them again for any up and coming event we have.

Ryan made sure that our wedding reception was one to remember! Everything was perfect, he arrived on time, played the songs style that we agreed on, and everyone had so much fun on the dancefloor.

Ryan DJed for us at our wedding on 5th May. He played some fantastic songs with a huge variation from 80's right through to current as we asked for. Everyone said what a fantastic job he did and thoroughly enjoyed themselves, will definitely be using him again in the future 😀

When choosing a DJ for our wedding, we were adamant we needed someone who not only could make the masses happy with generic wedding bangers, but also understood how to weave in our taste for alternative music (pop punk, emo, rock) and Ryan absolutely delivered. The dance floor was never empty and we're still getting compliments on the songs that were played. He listened to all our wants and needs, as well as the black list of songs and he was fully understanding of it all. We loved the uplighting we had as an additional extra, and found it great we could add this on last minute when we found a little extra money in the budget. If we ever needed a DJ again, we would immediately consider Ryan and would certainly recommend him.

Ryan did an utterly amazing job Dj'ing at my wedding on 26/3/22. Very pleasant lad and fantastic at his job, mixed a good variety of music for us from oldies, RnB, bouncy stuff and makina, a very diverse DJ! His lighting and booth were fantastic, crisp and clean sound system absolutely perfect. He done a great mix for our first dance which everyone loved and it was truly a memorable experience that we will never forget! Thanks Ryan!

My husband and I have recently had our wedding at The Yorkshire Wedding Barn and booked Impress Events to DJ at our evening reception. From start to finish (all through the booking process also!) he was extremely professional and always replied to us in a timely manner. His services were second to none and he really did get the party started alongside our Saxophonist, Lady V. Their price was very reasonable compared to other DJs in the area offering the same services. We can’t fault them, they were brilliant. Thank you 5*****

We booked Impress Events after searching for an indie style DJ and we were so happy we did. Our DJ Ryan was very easy to talk to and we were very impressed with the level of detail he went into, to help make our day so special. Our friends all commented on how good the music was. We couldn't ask for a better DJ for our wedding! The planning and prep before hand was exceptional and made sure our music tastes were catered for, which they absolutely were! 4 weeks later and I still have blisters on my feet from dancing all night!
