First point of Call is normally an email, this we follow up and respond within 2 hours, we also send a little text thanking the client for their interest and explain that we have replied to their email, this is followed by a phone conversation and possibly a face to face meeting , Next the event is confirmed in writing and a deposit requested to secure our services, receipts are sent and communication well and truly established, close to the event date a further consultation / meeting is arranged where the clients expectations, music wants / don’t wants first / last dances evening time line are all discussed in full. The day of the event arrives and we turn up (normally earlier than expected / confirmed) we then do what we do working to our clients needs and time line, resulting in a very relaxed and amazing evening for both clients & guests, after the event a follow up call / thank you letter (to make this short Communication is key and delivering and meeting expectations a must)
