I don’t want to go into some long sales pitch as to why I think you should choose me over someone else. All I will say is that since 2015 I’ve been lucky enough to have turned my hobby into a career, and my testimonials back that up. I have a set list of around 300 songs, so there’s something for everyone. I specialise in weddings and private events, and I’m also very competitively priced. What is your most memorable wedding?
One of my first weddings was at Inn on the Lake on Ullswater. I remember driving up to the Lake District in awe, as I hadn't really been there before. After performing during the ceremony, I had a few hours to myself, so I just soaked in the scenery and felt grateful for such an opportunity to come my way. I think that put me in an even better mood in order to play upbeat music later on in the evening.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Romantic, bright, cosy, powerful, competent.
What about your business are you most proud of?
Turning my hobby into my career, even when I had other options after graduating from university.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Get to know your suppliers the best you can before you book them. They should come across as if they are going above and beyond what is required of them, and that every wedding they work at is just as important as all the others.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I'll have a think about this one.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
It mostly starts with a free pre-booking video chat. I'll listen to exactly what you're looking for, explain how my services work and what I offer, and if we match up we'll then go on to talk about tailoring whichever of my services you'll be using to make it match and fit your wedding as much as possible.
What makes a romantic first dance?
Something slow and simple, and/or something dear to you and your partners' hearts.
