FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Abundant. Seasonal. Beautiful. Individual. Exquisite.

What about your business are you most proud of?

Three things always come up in reviews: Passion, experience and attention to detail. We aim to exceed all expectations

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Pinterest is a good place to start getting ideas from the flowers to the menu; invitation ideas and any current trends. Pin your own board for your suppliers to follow, that way it's all about your preferences rather than their interpretation. I always start from the point of view of my clients, its no about me, its about you and what you want. I simply "colour" in that vision with flowers!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We would meet for a chat in person or via Skype if you're abroad or far away. More often we meet at my home/studio. I like to listen to all your ideas and plans, your colour schemes and preferences. By looking through my portfolio for more ideas and suggestions, I will prepare a quote. We can meet up as many times as required leading up to your wedding. We can always meet at the venue to walk the course if this helps visualise the flowers. I will deliver and set up on the day and clear the following day.

Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?

Individuality is key for us, one size does not fit all so I would probably suggest certain flowers with certain meanings for different people.

What is the most romantic flower and why?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I would never say one flower has more meaning than another.

What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?

Always give them away to friends or family or keep them if you're not going on honeymoon straight away. Failing this, arrange for a local care home, charity or hostel to receive them.
