I'm Claire, a Florist and Wedding Specialist from Cambridgeshire. I love creating beautiful things for special couples. As a small business owner, time off is a rarity. But when I do - one of the best ways to spend it is traveling, my favourite places being a toss up between California & Sorrento. Culture, food and the people from these places just make them! I first started doing floristry and weddings in 2016.

Floristy ie. Bridal bouquet, buttonholes, bridesmaids bouquets, table centerpieces, floral backdrops etc.
Venue styling - with your own items, or with our rentable items (view on our website)
Co-ordination - For that little bit of extra relaxation on the day. We can organise your day from start to finish, or just be there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Knowledge & supplier recommendations - we've been doing this a while! We know plenty of recommendations for you, to ensure you get only the best on your wedding day

My bouquet was just what I wanted

Claire provided us with full wedding service. From the first email to the actual day, they filled us with total confidence. They followed our every wish, got our theme down to a tee with all the colors and full romantic barn look. The ceremony barn was dreamy, full of candles. Without being asked, they also did me a cake topper in the same style! The girls were so efficient. We would highly recommend Lizzie May's for any wedding and event!

Claire was absolutely amazing on our wedding.

There was no task too big or too small. She did things for us beyond what we asked for and styled a few props and furniture that had to be moved round seamlessly. We are so glad to have met her as she really put our heads at ease! She was always there when you needed her and helped with gathering guests for the ceremony, photos and moving the day along. We would definitely recommend her for any event - she really is an ace!

Lizzie May Events helped make our day perfect! From the get-go they had wonderful communication, flexibility and knowledge, making us feel at ease and confident in what they could do! We wanted an autumnal theme and let Lizzie May have some free rein - we were not disappointed!! On the day, Claire came and got on with decorating the venue! We felt at ease and confident in what we were creating. I gave a vague description for my bouquet and it ended up absolutely beautiful.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Lizzie May, they were amazing in every way!! During pre-meets, they were really helpful with helping us to organise the day in regards to flowers and other decorations. They arrived early on the day itself to help set up and were very attentive, setting up everything perfectly as we confirmed with them previously.

One word, AMAZING!

Claire and her team worked their wonders at our wedding. From our first meeting we felt that Claire knew exactly what look we were after and also shared suggestions and ideas to fit with the theme and colours. Everything was perfect, I can't fault anything at all. Many of our guests commented on how amazing the flowers and decor looked and how well presented everything was. I cannot recommend Lizzie May Events highly enough

Claire made my day perfect. I contacted Claire because the venue recommended her. I had never used a planner before but Lizzie May Events were so professional, approachable and affordable, it was the best decision that I made regarding our wedding day. The room was beautifully decorated, flowers and buttonholes delivered to the groom - she basically ran the show. This was our second time around getting married and I can honestly say it never felt so special. I would definitely use them again!
