The Family Bounce Occasions

Horrendous experience from start to finish. Absolutely not able to provide for weddings. Spent the entire prep before the big day chasing them for payment details, what we wanted etc. Slow reply on email and doesn't get to the point on WhatsApp. 24 hours before the wedding I was still chasing them to see the design they had promised a week prior, whilst having to sort out last minute wedding bits - which made it incredibly stressful. When it came to designing the lay out of the photo print, I had to send an example and still they sent it back with names spelt wrong and design not great. Bearing in mind we only wanted a simple colour and our names with the date. When they did arrive at the venue, props were thrown on the floor in a box which looked messy and incredibly inappropriate for a wedding including a sign that said "porn star" to make matters worse on the night the printer did not work, we understood that these things happen and we were very understanding on the night. However there was no apology straight after, we again, had to contact them. After she finally messaged back eventually we got an apology of "Sorry for the problem with the printer, I can only apologise". Not very sencere considering we did not get the experience we paid for and had to continuously reach out to them. I had to ask multiple times for the QR codes to see the pictures from our day, myself and my family did not have phones on us so couldn't download the photo straight away on the night meaning we were excited to see them yet had to keep asking for them after. Recieving them after the day was what was promised in our package and we should not of had to chase. She did say we would get our photos by the 27th December before we went on our honeymoon.. again no contact, we had to chase and we did not end up getting them until we got home. The package included a book with photos in yet when they finally dropped them off they were not stuck in and loose in a co-op bag. Photo's were not even printed in the boxes and look terrible. Our wedding guests who travelled from other countries left without the photos that we were promised. Absolutely do not recommend for a wedding - the end product wasn't even worth the added stress!!

Absolutely Amazing! Fantastic communication and amazing set up. Everyone at our wedding commented on the crisps wall and the great selection of both crisps and sweets. Extremely reasonable prices too.

What a fantastic couple and team, The answered all our questions, made sure we was happy every step of the way, kept in touch even though we booked 12 months in advance, The did a fabulous sweet cart. Photobooth and Audio Guest book for us. They even matched our colour scheme and writing on our invites and added it to our photos and album, cant recommend them enough.

We had the silver photobooth and the audio message phone. It was so much fun and everyone enjoyed it. We had great service and my messaged were always replied too quickly.

Family bounce are such an amazing company to hire - I used them twice for a couple of big occasions and they were always punctual arriving and setting up. Great set up and choice of props, and the booth itself looks so professional! The team are so friendly, and I would highly recommend to anyone! Would use again definitely!
