What is your most memorable wedding?
A wedding from 2023, which was 1970s disco themed, and the bride had made all the decor herself. Not only that, they'd asked all their guests to come in 1970s fancy dress too - honestly insanely good.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Boho, cool, different, beautiful, considered.
What about your business are you most proud of?
Niching and making the whole business boho styled. It's gone down such a hit, and I just love my two beautiful boho campers.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
I know it gets said a lot, but really do make sure you take some time for just you and partner - I barely saw my husband on my wedding day, and it makes me a bit sad!!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A shelving unit with pictures of sadly deceased family members BUT with their favourite drink next to their picture. So touching.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I'm super responsive, so chuck me and email and I'll answer any questions you may have, and send you over our brochure too. Then if you decide to go ahead (not many don't!) then I'll send you over our booking documents, booking invoice and that's it - you're all booked in!
Then I'll be in touch again 6 weeks before with a final questionnaire firming up final timings, and adding anything on your might want, if budget allows.
Day of the wedding, we arrive plenty early, set up very slyly, and bosh we're ready to go and create some amazing memories! We will always stick one print into the guestbook, and ask your guests to write a message next to it - no page is ever left blank. The other print is given to the guest, and they can come and go as many times as they wish during the hire time.
Boom.
What is your No. 1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?
The photo booth does all the work, but myself and my team have excellent booth persuasion techniques directed at those few reserved guests, which work every time.
Where is the most memorable place you have performed?
We've been to some amazing venues over our 9 years in business, but the standouts to me were providing photo booths to huge clients such as The Museum of London, Channel 4, Sky, Rockstar Games, Playstation (twice!), and some big other names (which can be found on my website.
We're also immensely proud to be recommended supplier at 11 venues across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.
Have you had any interesting surprises at a wedding?
What happens in the photo booth, stays in the photo booth. I have seen some things *eek*.
What is your party trick?
I can pat my head and rub my belly, I can whistle in and out, aaaand I'm quite good at checking oil on 50+ year old VW campers!
