What is your most memorable wedding?
We were asked to work a wedding in Valencia, Spain and were blown away by the responses we got from our whisky bar. Many of the guests had fun interacting with us and wanted many photos of us in our kilts! Definitely a night to remember.

What about your business are you most proud of?
It's something that has always been a hobby of ours and to be able to share our enthusiam for whisky with others is an amazing feeling!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Delegate and Communicate with each other. Planning a wedding can be stressful so make sure you effectively communicate. And don't be afraid to delegate tasks tp trusted friends and family.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I will discuss with the couple and get a clear picture of what they expect for their big day. I will then sit down and go through the recommended whisky's with food pairings to get a sense of what they think their guests will enjoy most.
What is your No.1 top tip for keeping a crowd entertained?
Always engage with the audience - whether it's informing them, allowing them to enjoy the whisky or getting them we make sure we make everyone feel special.

What is your party trick?
I wear a kilt to all weddings made with my family's tartan which is a guaranteed conversation stater!
