Great experience and fab customer service: The stylists are welcoming, approachable and nothing was too much trouble; I asked lots of questions and felt Kelly really understood my needs. Kelly was grounded and offered knowledge of collections, styles and had enthusiasm for finding the dress with me. I met the owner, Gill, she was also fabulous and very experienced and offered her thoughts to colours and accessories and her and Kelly collaboratively worked to find me a dress.

I had a great experience choosing my wedding dress at Taffeta and Lace. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for initially, but I ended up buying the first dress I tried on, after trying many others to make sure. Both Kelly and Jill were fantastic, helping me work out what I wanted, but I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way. It fitted perfectly and I absolutely loved wearing it! I would highly recommend Taffeta & Lace, thank you so much for helping me find my dream dress!

I came with my mum, after booking a last minute appointment the day before. This was the first wedding dress shop we had been to. Kelly had endless patience, and really knew what she was doing. I came in with a few screenshots, I tried those and then Kelly pulled another dress that included all of my favourite things about the previous dresses. We walked out with a dress purchased! Taffeta and lace were amazing in helping me find my perfect dress. They helped guide with certain styles and allowed me to try on a range although we knew straight away the one! The dress needed some alterations and the sizing changed which they ensured was done to the best standard. Nothing was too much! Even customising it by adding on some extra detail and changing the sleeves slightly. Thank you so much, I am so glad you were part of our wedding.
