Serenity Kate Couture Full Description
As a recent graduate in Textiles Design, Tabitha's passion for embroidery flourished as she stepped into the big wide world.
Tabitha has been mesmerized with bridal gowns since her mother showed her own dress that her mother made herself in the 80's, beautiful crystal embellishments with layers and layers of stunning lace.
September 2015 saw the first cape created with hand beading techniques, after finishing this piece she was asked by an old friend from high school if Tabitha and her cousin could design and create a completely unique wedding gown, the results where stunning, an elegant and shimmering November bride.
Now Tabitha is stepping out into the world of bridal accessories creating one of a kind pieces

What is your most memorable wedding?
When I made three pieces inspired by the sea for a bride getting married in Barbados!

That everything I make is made with love and care. Each piece is unique and I love that a bride will cherish that piece forever.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Always think about your accessories!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Mixing the grooms interest with the brides, dinosaur tea party!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
A bride will contact me with images and inspiration, they will describe what they want and I will come up with a price and some images of what I can achieve. If the bride is happy either the item is paid for in full or a deposit is made. After that any extra beads or materials are ordered, pieces can take up to four to five weeks to make. Photos are shared with the bride throughout the process and I can change the design as many times as needed.

Soft tulle skirt with embroidered bodice
What is the best way to incorporate "Something Blue" into the wedding outfit?
Each hair piece of accesory can include blue beads to bring in the 'something blue'
