Personal Message from the Manager

Name of Wedding Contact: Natalie McKinstry
In 2018 we got married, but I struggled to find pieces I loved. I couldn't help notice that lots of bridal accessories are similar. So Peacock+Pearl was founded - because all brides are different, so why shouldn't their accessories be too?

red & greenery christmas with a snow white twist
Christmas is my favourite time of year, I love traditional decorations, all the red and greenery everywhere, the idea of snow (although I don’t like to be cold). So when Tanya Flannagan got in touch to say she was putting together a red & greenery Christmas wedding inspiration shoot with a Snow White twist, “lots of glass/silver, apples, Macramè, a gorgeous couple, dark hair, a redhead bridesmaid who also dressed as a bride after (she’s a redhead, to give a bit of alternative look on the shoot as well and a different spin on the bride), a red silk veil”, and then she sent through loads of inspiration she’d gathered. I knew it was going to be good. This girl is not only a crazy talented photographer, but she’s also so bloomin’ lovely I would 100% recommend having her as your wedding photographer! This talented bunch of UK based wedding suppliers came together to create something which not only looks beautiful, but also feels classic and traditional. I love every aspect of this shoot!

Rustic Luxe 1970’s Inspired Wedding at Bysshe Cour
Rustic luxe and full of romantic vibes this 1970’s inspired wedding at Bysshe Court Farm, Surrey is just dreamy! Coordinated by photographer Meryl Herniman and florist Claire Moore and inspired by romantic poetry it oozes vintage modern style. “I needed fabric for another veil, when I came across the most beautiful embroidered tulle! This fabric gave me just what I was after – the usual material (tulle) in the usual colour (ivory), but with a completely different twist. It wasn’t QUITE perfect alone, but I soon settled on a macramé fringe to complete it. A 70’s vibe is set to be huge for weddings in 2020, and I had that in mind making this veil! The same applied to the earrings – a nod to the 70’s with the hoops, but with some gorgeous pearls to bring them up to date. These would be perfect for a number of different styles – the leafy veil could be the statement piece in an autumn themed wedding, or the perfect accessory for a boho beach ceremony. It’s just so versatile and I love it!”
